Accessibility Statement

TAO Digital Agency wants everyone, including people with disabilities, to be able to use taodigitalagency.com (the "Site"). We are continually working to improve the accessibility of the Site.

Our goal

We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C), as our target for the Site. WCAG explains how to make web content easier to use for people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, hearing, motor, and cognitive disabilities.

This is a goal we work toward. We have not had the Site independently certified, and some content may not yet meet every part of the guidelines.

What we do

• design with readable text sizes, clear headings, and color contrast in mind;
• build pages so they can be navigated with a keyboard, and keep visible focus indicators;
• add text alternatives to meaningful images;
• label form fields and buttons;
• add captions to new videos we publish;
• review new pages and features for accessibility before they go live; and
• test the Site manually, including keyboard navigation, as well as with automated checking tools, and fix issues we find.

We do not use an accessibility overlay or widget to change the Site. We make improvements directly in the Site's design and code.

Known limitations

• Third-party content. Some features on the Site are provided by other companies, such as scheduling calendars, embedded forms, payment pages, and embedded videos. We choose providers with accessibility in mind, but we do not control their code. If one of these features does not work for you, contact us and we will help you another way.
• Older content. Some older pages, documents, and videos may not fully meet our goal yet. We update them as we review them.

Please tell us the page address (URL), what you were trying to do, and the problem you had. We aim to reply within 2 business days. We will work with you to provide the information or service you need, for example by email, on a call, or in another format, while we work on a fix.

Websites we build for clients

We build client websites following general accessibility best practices. Each client owns its website and its content, and each client is responsible for its website's accessibility, including content, images, videos, and third-party tools the client adds after launch. Accessibility audits and remediation are available as a separate service. This statement covers taodigitalagency.com only. It does not certify any client website.

Review of this statement

We review this statement at least once a year, and whenever we make significant changes to the Site.
