What's the catch with $0 setup?
The honest answer: a 12-month initial term. We carry the full build cost up front, and the first year is how we earn it back. That's the trade, stated plainly: you skip a $3,000+ setup fee, we get 12 months to make the site worth keeping. After the first year you're month to month, and at that point we only keep your business by deserving it.
I already have a website.
Most of our clients did. The question isn't whether you have one, it's whether it books. If your current site brought you two online bookings this week, keep it, honestly. If you're not sure what it did this week, that's the answer. We rebuild it, keep your address, and set up redirects so you lose nothing you've earned on Google.
I don't have time for this.
You need about 4 minutes to answer our questions, and about 20 to review the design. We pull everything else from your Instagram, your current site, and your booking menu. Spa owners make up most of our clientele; we designed this around the fact that you're with clients all day.
Does it work with my booking software?
Yes. We're not limited to specific systems: if your CRM or booking platform offers an embeddable calendar (nearly all of them do), we can build your site around it. Not sure whether yours does? Ask us and we'll check it for you.
What happens if I cancel?
After the initial 12 months, you're month to month: give us 30 days' notice, no hard feelings. Your domain is yours from day one, so you keep it and point it wherever you like next. The website itself, the design, copy, and hosting, is part of your subscription, so when the subscription ends, the site comes down with it. That's the trade behind $0 setup, and we'd rather tell you here than surprise you later.
