Can I buy the website?
Yes — unlike agencies that only let you lease your site, we let you actually own it. After your first 12 months with us, the website is yours. The CMS platform and agency licenses stay with TAO Digital, since they're shared resources built for all our clients and can't transfer to a self-hosted setup — but as long as you're with us, you get full use of them at no extra cost.
What does your process look like?
We start with a deep dive into your business to find where you're losing clients and revenue, then build you a custom plan. Implementation typically takes anywhere from 10 days to a few months — no two plans are the same, since each is built around you and your team.
What else do you do?
Bring us anything — from brochures to full web development and apps, automations, and CRM systems. We also provide consultations, strategy, and training for your team.
How is this different from hiring a marketing agency?
We combine full agency capabilities with hands-on, high-touch service. We stay with you through the entire process — not just to launch, but until you see real results.
Do I need to be technical to use what you build for me?
There's a learning curve, like with anything new — but everything we build is designed to be simple and intuitive, made specifically for spa owners who aren't technical.
Do you only work with spas, or other wellness businesses too?
Spas and wellness businesses are our specialty, but our experience goes further — including Google Ads for B2B and B2C ecommerce, and managing high budgets across large product catalogs.
What happens after implementation — is there ongoing support?
Yes. We stay available through whichever channels we agree on together, and we offer different levels of ongoing support — including a VIP tier with a dedicated account manager who works with you like a fractional team member.
How long is the commitment — can I leave if it's not working?
You're never locked in — you can leave whenever you choose. If it's before your 12-month agreement is up, you can settle the remaining balance and we'll provide your project files. We'd be sorry to see you go, but we'd rather earn your business every day than trap you in a contract — many of our clients have been with us since day one.
